Our Story
Prerna Jain Group Sdn Bhd was founded with a clear purpose: to build a commodity trading business grounded in trust, transparency, and long-term relationships. From our base in Subang Jaya, Selangor, we have grown into a recognised participant in international agricultural commodity markets.
Over 15 years, we have developed deep expertise across the full commodity trading cycle — from sourcing and procurement through logistics, documentation, and final delivery. Our network spans producers, exporters, importers, and distributors across multiple continents.
In parallel, our infrastructure and construction division has taken shape as a natural extension of the group's capabilities — applying the same discipline and accountability that defines our trading operations to the built environment.

Amit Jain is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Prerna Jain Group Sdn Bhd. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in international commodity trading and infrastructure project delivery, he has led the company from its founding through to its current position as a trusted operator in global agricultural markets.
Under his leadership, the group has built a reputation for reliability and professionalism — qualities that have earned the trust of trading partners, buyers, and project clients across multiple geographies.
Amit is based in INDIA & Malaysia and oversees all aspects of the group's trading operations and infrastructure project portfolio.
